Signage for Slide Coffee, Noosa
Slide Coffee Roasters have opened a new café in Noosa, and we made the full signage package — new fascia signs, a new light box, interior signs and menu signs. It's the latest chapter in a long relationship: we've been making signs for Slide since 2021, from their first van to the large cut metal wall sign at their Coolum Beach roastery. This time the job was carrying that same brand into a new space, at café scale.
Outside: fascia and light box
The fascia signs do the job every shopfront sign has to do — tell people what's here from across the street. The light box keeps Slide visible after dark and in the early hours, which matters for a coffee business whose best trade starts before the sun is properly up.
Inside: interior and menu signs
A café's interior signage is read up close, every day, by every customer at the counter. The menu signs had to be clear and quick to scan in a morning queue, and sit comfortably with the fit-out rather than fight it. The interior signs carry the brand through the room, so the space feels like Slide — not just a café that happens to serve their beans.
Fascia, light box, interior and menu signs were planned together and made in-house in our Coolum Beach workshop, so colours, type and finishes match from the street to the counter. It's the same approach we took for Laundry Lounge in Noosa Junction and Smash Daddy in Maroochydore.
